Hi!
I am Asheesh Khare, an engineer by education. After completing my Bachelors in Engineering I have worked for three decades in IT and IT enabled organizations. I like to think of myself as an entrepreneur having setup/ worked with several startups.
During my work tenure I had put all my hobbies on the back seat, exhibiting the typical symptoms of a workaholic :). However, I rekindled my passion for travel, adventure and photography few years back and am continuing with that till now.
I mostly like to travel by road on my cycle, bike or car depending on the distance, visiting not just place of tourist or historical importance but also those that are less known, intriguing or simply something that catches my eye! Not to mention, occasional hikes, treks in the hills and the wilderness. I simply love these ‘Khoj‘ trips and yearn to share them with others. And the best way is to capture them through ‘AKs‘ my photography and weblogs!
